Beschreibung
Die Mischeinheit der Serie SRL wird häufig für alle Arten des Mischens, Trocknens, Färbens und anderer Prozesse von Pulver verwendet. Die Einheit besteht aus einem Heißmischer und einem Kühlmischer.
Merkmale

1. Diese Einheit besteht aus Heiz- und Kühlmischern mit hoher Geschwindigkeit und automatischem Mischen.2. Heißes Material vom Heizmischer wird zum Kühlen in den Kühlmischer geleitet, um Gas zu entfernen und Verbrennungen zu vermeiden. 3. Im Topfdeckel sind zwei Dichtungsschichten angebracht. Der Topfdeckel des Kühlmixers verfügt über einen Bogendeckel, der leicht aus der Form geraten kann. Der Mischerdeckel ist doppelt abgedichtet und wird pneumatisch geöffnet.4. Ölheizung optional, durch elektrische Heizplatte im wärmeleitenden Ölheiztank.5. Mit der Temperatur beim Mischen von Materialien wird der Trocknungsprozess zum Mischen und Trocknen gerührt
